The hotel is modern and not scary. The toilet and shower area are small but clean. The cleanliness is good, but if possible, it could be improved. The AC in my room was not cool enough, but because I was too lazy to complain and move things again, I didn't report it to customer service. I did call customer service to ask for slippers, and the response was quick and very kind. The receptionist was also 5-star friendly. I asked for food recommendations in the hotel area, and they answered very well 👍

The service was okay, the room was clean, and the AC was cold. The bathroom and toilet were separate, so it wasn't wet. It was okay. Note: when I stayed on June 3rd, the AC in room 411 was dripping water. Hopefully, this has been fixed.

Pros: A regular every time I visit Cirebon because it's the best in the city center, close to the M. Toha station, the town square, Kokuo, restaurants, banks, and the bustling hotel. Refillable water gallons, modern interior. There's a gym and a spacious waiting room. Cons: I've had the AC not cool enough, and slippers aren't always available, so you have to ask for them. Suggestions: Some of the employees and security guards aren't very friendly and smiley.

The location is close to Cirebon Kejaksan Station.

Yesterday when I stayed there, the bathroom and toilet doors couldn't be locked, the Wi-Fi was smooth, the food was delicious.

When I checked in, there were no clean towels or doormats in my room. When I asked the hotel staff for towels and doormats, they took a long time to deliver them. I'd asked for them numerous times, but they were slow to respond. Such service is truly regrettable.
