If you need to have one day care and treatment or consultations with medical specialists in Island Hospital, Scott Serviced Suites is definitely your stay. You just need to go across MacAlister Wing Building easily or walk for one minute to the new Island Hospital building next to the hotel. The room is spacious, comfortable, with enough sunlight and building views, equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, and a clean, spacious private bathroom, too, with a vast amount of fresh water, a good toilet, shower (yet no toiletries), and free of charge daily basic room cleaning. Grab food and car orders to Scott's location is like a piece of cake. Also, it's not too far either to PAH and Gurney area. Certainly, I will be back to Scott Serviced Suites on my next trip to Penang. Extremely satisfied 😊

The staff was unfriendly. The sheets were dirty, so I asked for a change. The room wasn't very clean.

Forgot to take some pictures, but the room was spacious, which is really nice, especially if you brought big luggage. However, they only clean your room every 3 days (you can ask them to clean every day with additional charges). Also, make sure to bring your own toiletries because they only provide 1 soap. Overall, it’s still a great hotel with a good price and only a few steps from Island Hospital.

The staff is very friendly, especially the woman receptionist, and my favorite place is the location, which is very near to the Island Hospital, only 2 minutes walking distance. The room is also quite spacious.

Ordering food online is the most convenient choice, or you can take a taxi/ride-hailing service to the nearest mall for more dining options. Overall, a good stay, particularly for those visiting the hospital, with a comfortable room and a convenient location.

Upon arrival, my husband and I stayed here for four nights because the location is right across from Island Hospital. The room was large and clean. I thought the cleaning was lacking, as I had requested a room cleaning, but by the time I returned in the afternoon, it hadn't been cleaned. The first night, there was a disturbance from the next room, which was very disturbing, between midnight and 2 a.m., making it hard to sleep. Luckily, the person had already checked out the next day. The room wasn't very soundproof. Overall, it was okay.

We stayed 3 nights at Scott Apartments because it's very close to Island Hospital, just a 3-minute walk. The apartment was clean, quiet, and had water dispensers on each floor. It's just a shame it wasn't cleaned daily. There's an additional fee for cleaning. Towels were changed daily. The receptionist was helpful.
