Looking for a hotel on the spur of the moment, I found one this good! The staff are friendly and the room is clean. Booking a Deluxe Room requires a hairdryer to be delivered straight to your room. Yuhuu🫶🏻 The breakfast is delicious and there are lots of choices, definitely recommended!✨

Friendly hotel staff, comfortable rooms

The hotel's amenities are quite modern. The TVs are Coocaa LED Android TVs, and the bathroom mirrors have lights.

Everything was ok, only Wi-Fi so we couldn't watch TV shows from check-in until we checked out.

Wedding reception and honeymoon venue

I stay here every year. The room is still quite spacious, but the shower doesn't have a door, so water leaks everywhere. The soap dispenser is a bit stuck. Breakfast is quite varied and delicious. The staff are all friendly and helpful. Compared to other hotels in the area, I would definitely choose this hotel for my stay.

I've stayed at this hotel twice. Besides the hassle-free parking, the rooms are great, and everything is fine, except the Wi-Fi is prone to intermittent outages. Overall, it's great.

A recommended hotel. The front office staff, from HK to the security guards, were all friendly and helpful. The only minor issue is the extremely unpleasant odor in the basement parking area, the smell of the drainage, or the downright smell of dead rats. Overall, it's okay, thanks.

The security guards were friendly and helpful, the front desk was prompt and friendly, and the cleanliness was actually quite good, but there were small cockroaches in the room that would climb onto the bed when the lights were turned off. The non-smoking room didn't smell of cigarettes, but the hallway after exiting the elevator was very reeking of cigarettes. Overall, it was good.

The interior design is nice, close to snacks and food.

The water heater had been dead since last night, and my request for a room change was ignored, and the hot water wasn't working until this morning. I booked an executive room and when I checked in, there were cockroaches, damp yellow towels, and the smell of cigarettes even though I booked a non-smoking room.

The wifi is slow, even just making a WA call keeps dropping out

It's been my umpteenth time at Fieris, but the facilities have changed a lot. The water heater isn't hot enough, the lobby smells nice while the rooms smell musty, the bathroom tiles are mossy, and the sheets are a bit dirty. The staff are quite helpful and smiley.

The hotel is okay with new things.

Overall, it's okay. What needs to be fixed is that the room shouldn't smell of cigarettes. It's clean, especially since I'm allergic to cigarettes. The bathroom also smells really bad, so it should be checked before guests come in. That's all there is to it.

- Unfortunately, the Wi-Fi signal often drops out even though the room is on the 5th floor. - The TV channels are incomplete and vary in each room. - But so far, this hotel is highly recommended for a staycation.
