Good hotel hospitality and cabins cleaned.

The location was close to our main destination. The staff service was a bit slow (there was only one person in line for a long time), and the staff who dropped off our luggage around 9 AM were unfriendly (grunts). The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was great, delicious, and had a lot of choices 👍🏻

The sheets and blankets had children's shoe marks on them. They probably weren't changed after each guest checked out. There were cockroaches in the kitchen.

It's a mess. Lots of repairs are needed, the building is old, and the staff is slow to respond. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, but the room wasn't cleaned. When I walked in, there was already a lot of dust on the floor.

Service excellence, staff from security to front office, fast check in and check out, only one minus, there is no tap for ablution, overall good

The entrance and exit gate is too steep. Only SUVs can drive easily.

Overall, it's okay, very nice. It's enjoyable... But if you're driving a motorcycle, the distance from the parking lot to the hotel lobby is quite far, not to mention the up and down traffic.

All staff [are] friendly & fast response. For improvement, the building needs to be repainted, several renovations & room cleanliness need to be improved.

Spacious room, easy access, friendly staff. The room was a bit on the dirty side, perhaps due to its age, and there weren't many TV channels. Overall, it was pretty good.

The staff were extremely friendly and responsive. They were very helpful after checking out and I forgot something. The only problem was the mattress, as were the sheets and blankets. Hopefully, they'll pay more attention in the future. Overall, it's okay.
