Great location, restaurants and business near by, olivar park a block away

The first night no problem with my room . I had a reservation for 1 night then I had to extend my stay they changed my room gave me a room with a horrible smell I had to have the a/c all the time at night time I couldn’t change room due to my business meetings. The last night I had to complain Abd they changed my room . I always stay in this hotel this time it was horrible. Maybe they gave me the worst room because I was using part of my Expedia rewards.

The hotel has an excellent location in San Isidro. The facilities are clean and the rooms are very spacious.The restaurant in the first floor is delicious. Overall a very comfortable stay.

Nos quedamos una sola noche. La habitacion con cama King muy buena y amplia. A la manana no habia agua cliente en la ducha, lamentablemente y eso baja mi puntuacion

Upon arriving there was no help with luggage and the front desk provided very limited support. I had to remind them over and over.

I stayed for 15 days and my experience was very positive, the location is great just a block from the beautiful Olivar Park, the hotel is located in a small street so you won’t hear the traffic. Lots of restaurants, cafes, bakery and boutiques are all around.

Great Location & Friendly Staff I recently stayed at this hotel for three nights, and overall, it was a great experience. The location is excellent, the area feels *safe, and there are plenty of restaurants and bakeries just a short walk away, making it easy to find good food and coffee at any time of the day. Additionally, Parque El Olivar, a beautiful and peaceful green space, is just a few minutes away on foot, perfect for a morning walk or some relaxation. The staff at the restaurant were exceptionally friendly and welcoming, always attentive and making sure guests had a pleasant dining experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay in a great neighborhood!
