Tiny room. The king bed is actually two twin beds pushed together. No amenities, no coffee, fridge or shampoo/conditioner provided in the room. Breakfast is very basic.

The staff were very helpful, and the hotel is in a very good location.

Room was in good condition. Did not enjoy the bed at all. It was really hard.

From arriving at the hotel I knew that I had chosen a great one! The location was great, within walking distances to most sites and close to metro or bus routes! The hotel was very clean and tidy, and the room was spotless. I was away for my birthday and the staff had noticed this and they had gone above and beyond by leaving me a card and a cake in my room for my arrival back to the hotel, this really made my stay.

Stayed here for the Christmas markets. Good location, clean hotel with breakfast buffet. The only thing I didn’t like is the clear glass wall of the bathroom. If you’re sharing the room with just a friend then you wouldn’t have privacy.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. I dint get to stay the entire booking due to some schedule changes, however, this hotel provide what I needed.
