Great stay very helpful staff, I had booked the wrong room but they changed it no problem. The room was great clean and comfortable with a lovely shower and products. The breakfast was very tasty and a nice variety. My only minus points would be no smart tv so no Netflix etc, no mirror near a chair and dressing table and no biscuits with the tea/coffee.

We had a fantastic stay at Hampton by Hilton. The hotel was exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout. The staff were superb from start to finish and genuinely couldn’t do enough to help, always friendly, welcoming, and professional. The rooms were comfortable and spotless, making for a very relaxing stay. Breakfast was also excellent, with a great selection of hot and cold options and everything well stocked and fresh. Overall, a great hotel with outstanding customer service. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The room was dirty in areas which didn't look like it was cleaned properly or even cleaned. The breakfast was OK. And the staff wasn't too bad. Not sure about the parking as did not use it.

Staff were amazing, so helpful and accommodating The room was super clean, modern and looked v new Breakfast was very varied and my young son was very excited by the waffle machines ! Parking was easy maybe a touch expensive as we were there 3 days but it was directly outside so easy to park and get into the hotel All in all a very good stay and would definitely recommend

Location to Ashford International train station was my reason for choosing this particular hotel, and it did not disappoint as it was 10 minutes walk away. The room was clean, although the rug in the room had some stains on it which let it down. The breakfast was your standard selection, and there only appeared to be one hots drinks dispenser which meant waiting to use it. Staff were helpful and responded timely to any issues raised. Shower cubicle was large and the shower itself was very powerful and simple to use.

Great place to stay, breakfast was great and plenty of choice only down side was there was not a lot of selection on evening menu but this might of been because in was a Sunday however what we did have was delicious. Would definitely stop here again

Decent place to stay. Room comfy and clean. Quick check in. On site parking was £12.50 per night, would be good to know in advance and the fact there’s a £50 deposit. There was no explanation why it was required. Breakfast was OK.

Hotel was clean and in good condition. Rooms were good and bed sizes were good too - 2 singles were higher than expected. Toiletries were lovely. Would’ve liked to be able to order room service but it isn’t an option for dinner or breakfast. Basic breakfast included was ok. Overall, would stay again.

Perfect location. We went for a weekend trip. Lovely view, comfortable beds, 😍 Staff members are very helpful and friendly 😊. Room was very clean 👌

The room was clean and large. Pillows were great but I felt the mattress could have been a better quality. The staff were helpful and prompt in serving the customers. The breakfast was adequate. I would have liked to see a larger variety of fresh fruit salad. the bar staff were helpful. This hotel is great value for the price and I would book again or recommend to friends.

Good stay

Clean spacious modern room, same as the reception and dining area. Loved the ‘make your own waffle’ station - the blueberry mixture was delicious. Quiet at night and blackout curtains did their job well.

Staff efficient and make you feel very welcomed. Breakfast : amazing and no extra cost. Room : very clean and quiet. Bed excellent quality . Love the small SMEG fridge . Lot of suckets, TV : not need secret code ... Just perfect !
