didn't even get to check in, we contacted the hotel for the QR codes because El Gouna requires you to have QR codes to even enter the city, they told me my expedia email was "fake" and the number was "fake" and was so rude on the phone. she basically told me "I can cancel but I can't get a refund" even though THEY failed to send me the qr codes. they made one for a reservation of four. we had to sit outside for 4 hours before booking another hotel. communication is poor, management is poor, don't even know if this is a real listing. will not be trying to stay here again.

Communication with property manager Merna was terrible. She would not provide the property address and the QR code, as she ignored our messages and tantalized us. We had to wait in front of the apartment door to access the key instead of providing everything ahead of time. She urged us to cancel which means we would lose our money. We felt disrespected from her rude treatment.

Vesta Hospitality is one of the best that I dealt with they are very professional. Their properties are very clean, new and very highly maintained. Third time I use vesta during a year now and I will always do! my loyalty is for you guys. Thank you for making my trips to gouna very special every time. Looking forward for next time.

I highly recommend dealing with Vesta. They are very professional and friendly,The Place was very beautiful, clean and the view was amazing.
