Room clean, spacious and modern. Very comfortable bed and big TV. Staff are lovely

Spacious room, clean, comfortable, easy check in by friendly staff

One of my favourite hotels Staff are very friendly and the rooms are really nice. The added bonus of having meat and wine co right next door and for room service is unmatched. I do wish they had softer needs, I am bigger guy and like a soft mattress. I have found the mattresses are a little hard but not enough to turn me away

Beautiful hotel in great location, room was spacious and very great lay out! Very stylish

Dirty greasy fingerprints on cupboard and fridge doors. Felt grimy as a result. No milk for tea/coffee. Room dark, dingy and noisy in evening/night due to noise from cars revving. Not room booked. View of office block. Really disappointing stay

Rate 2 because it was expensive and I was given a disability room. I couldn’t find an ironing board or iron. I was told it’s hard to find It was cold and dreary like a hospital dorm. The bedroom tv didn’t work and the tiles were cold to walk on. Overall an expensive hospital troom and I felt sick after staying there. Never again

Easy check-in with staff but not so easy online. Very pleasant rooms and close to the Canberra theatre.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and the location of the hotel was perfect for our requirements.

Room was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly. It was so nice to see plain tasteful carpet & colours in the corridors. Everything was very clean.

Brilliant location and at a great price

Great central location. Nice room. Comfy beds. Air conditioning temperamental in our particular room and the TV was unable to be switched from the hotel advertising
