It's actually a comfortable place, but the room isn't soundproof. It's already noisy outside in the morning, with kids running around screaming. Either the parents are neglectful or the kids are just naughty. I also brought my 3-year-old with me, and when he talks loudly, I always remind him so he understands. We stayed there to rest, but early in the morning, the noise outside the room was already loud. Suggestions for the owner/management to improve the comfort of other residents: if someone is making noise, please reprimand them or at least post a warning sign outside the room.

For this price and location, this is the most “value for money” hotel I’ve ever stayed.

Food rate in the hotel is cheaper than bebek goreng tugu pahlawan, location really near Al Akbar Mosque, also near food market in front of the Mosque yet they only open long after 6 AM, many people running around the Mosque in the morning and evening

I booked a room for two days with free breakfast. I got breakfast on the first day, but I didn't get it on the second day because I was checking out at 7:00 AM, so I didn't get breakfast, which meant my stay was forfeited.

On the first day of check-in, I got a room on the 2nd floor. On the second day, I asked to move to the 1st floor and the staff found one for me, and finally I got a room on the 1st floor. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the access is close to the mosque, near the toll road, and there are lots of culinary spots around.

Nice and clean, comfortable. Hot water is on, air conditioning is cold. Most importantly, cleanliness is excellent.

This is my second stay here, and the room remains clean. It's just a few steps to the Al-Akbar National Mosque for the five daily prayers. I'd stay here again if I ever come back to Surabaya.

I really enjoyed staying here, but it was a shame that when I wanted to order food, the restaurant was closed because the chef had gone home.

Close to the Al Akbar Grand Mosque in Surabaya, both are within walking distance and are in a quite strategic location.

The check-in process is fast & hassle-free, the receptionist is friendly & kind, the service is okay, offers a menu for sahur & the food is also very delicious, worth it for the price, the location of the inn is very busy & close to the Great Mosque of Surabaya (just cross & arrive, it doesn't take long), the room & bathroom are clean, the environment around the inn is also comfortable + safe + very quiet, the wifi is fast, the AC is very cool, the TV + hot water + the refrigerator are also all functioning normally, plus you get amenities like toiletries + towels + welcome drink + a fairly large wardrobe + tissue + glasses, the bed is very comfortable, basically the photo of the inn room is very much in accordance with the advertisement in the app, my room has direct access to the balcony too, POV the room facilities are very complete with an affordable budget, yes this is the place, it's so good that I can't say anymore because I feel so at home but it's a shame I can only stay 1 night here, God willing, next time I will definitely stay here again ... very recommended, thank you 👍🙏

The staff is friendly, the room is decent, but it lacks amenities like no tissue in the bathroom. The breakfast menu is the same every day, lacking variety. The actual location is close to the city center, but if you book online, it's always difficult to find the hotel. The Wi-Fi wasn't supported in my room, perhaps because it was at the end.
