Clean room, helpful staff. 10/10. We enjoyed our stay at naala

The rooftop pool, helpfull staff, and Clean airconditioned room were among great things in this hotel.

Por el precio está bien, pero el aire no enfriaba lo suficiente y no había ni agua para tomar en las habitaciones. Solo una persona atendiendo en reservación y tuvimos que esperar 30 min para Ser atendidos.

The staff was helpful and knew English well. The room was neat and clean, AC was turned on 23C before my arrival and it was just perfect! I enjoyed my stay at this hotel very much.

It’s a good hotel but to me the bed was too soft. There is no coffee maker in the room making a little challenge for me. Otherwise the staffs on roof top restaurant were very nice and helpful. The pool on the roof top is good too.

Really no complaints. I had room G07 on floor level. It was nice. Breakfast is expensive, i just walked to chedraui. But overall for $60 on a saturday night i was not mad at all

Great location. Loved biking around the area. over to the national park and beach there and centro

The property is very nice. The room was nice, as seen on the pictures. The staff is amazing, very helpful and kind. It is walking distance from downtown, and from major supermarkets. Not that close to the beach, but you can take a "colectivo" (little bus) which is only around $US3 Don't take taxi its a steal. The hotel's breakfast bar is very basic.
