Overall hotel & room were ok. Few glaring issues. No phones or chair in the room. Bathroom new & convenient but too small. Staff in general was a bit aloof. Thats apparently Moxy’s style but caused inconvenience. Bed / mattress wasn’t firm enough so not good for the back.

Very nice hotel , good location and the bar is open 24/7, only issue was their disabled bays at the rear of the property were being used to store taxis? So inconvenient if you are blue badge holder If you are not a blue badger holder then 5*

Room was clean, well appointed and quiet. Staff were polite and helpful. 24/7 front desk made late check-in a breeze.

Bog standard hotel. Clean and decent size room. Bed was ok. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was ok. English breakfast was a bit meh. However there was a good selection of other stuff.

Clean and close to the airport. However it's not much to do in the area and it's quite a ways from London. Also, there was only 1 towel in tge room although the booking was for two. The receptionist also adamantly denied my free breakfast perk even when I showed her the booking.

The room was comfortable and clean. I thought it it wasn't very well equipped for being a 4 star hotel. I paid £170, as a single guest and this did not include breakfast and there is no parking at the hotel. There was no iron in my room and I needed to prepare my clothing for work. There was also no phone in the room to contact reception to ask for an iron. I know air conditioning and a fridge is a luxury but an iron is basic. There was a nice large TV but the signal was dreadful and kept freezing and dropping out…and it was the World Cup semi-final…

Clean room, good air con. Car parking good but a short walk to hotel. Checkin easy

The staff here are always incredibly kind. It is exactly what one needs for a base if going to Windsor, Bath, Oxford, and the like. Safe for single women. Breakfast is commendable.

Good for a 3 Star hotel , a lot of food places around.

Great hotel, would benefit with a couple of drawers and a mirror by the small table. Had everything else you might need.

Booking was cancelled by the hotel and was only notified whilst travelling there (6 hours after booking) as booked same day. Got to the hotel to be told to check the Expedia site for other hotels as was told they could not do anything. Staff were extremely unhelpful
