Sorry in advance, I was disappointed when I entered the room. I immediately felt it hadn't been cleaned. It felt dirty, and the mattress smelled like it hadn't been changed by the previous occupant. Sure enough, my husband and son were itchy from bedbug bites. The bathroom shower was broken, so we had to squat down to shower from the faucet. I booked two rooms for a total of Rp680,000 without breakfast. The hotel photos looked good, but it turned out to be a disappointment. 🙏

The place is very clean, the bathrooms are well-maintained, and all the facilities are in working order. Plus points for the friendliness of the staff.
