Very nice lobby and room. Breakfast was good.

The front desk service people were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good, but getting there earlier in the morning made a big difference. Clean, serviceable rooms that need updating and new pillows. Overall, a nice stay at a lovely hotel.

Wonderful staff. Clean and comfortable room. My daughter has a food allergy and they were very helpful at the free breakfast in getting us safe food. Impressed with the care of the staff.

Nice hotel with extremely helpful and friendly staff. The location is nicely situated between old Montreal and Chinatown

The hotel was just outside of old Montreal but easily walkable to get there. The hotel is located just inside Chinatown and it offered a variety of food options within a short walking distance. Buses from the airport had a stop that was a three minute walk from the hotel and the metro was only a few minutes walk away. The hotel is well kept and the room was clean. The breakfast was the usual Hampton Inn breakfast and the eating area was well maintained. Loved the location and the hotel. Would recommend and would stay again.

Room was very clean everyday. Staff went out of the way to assist you. Tasty breakfast every morning. The bed clothes design is a bit of a struggle. Room temperature were great . And beds are comfortable. Also like the elevator security feature. Location on edge of old Montreal and Chinatown is perfect for getting around . Also near transit routes is very handy.

Location is close to a homeless shelter which can be sketchy at night, however, hotel main entrance doors automatically lock at night. The hotel room was tidy but not actually clean the floors needed to be vacuumed , bathrooms did not have any body sop if you travel prepared this is indifferent. Tv is not a smart TV so no Netflix , Disney etc . Rooftop pool is nice and clean. Breakfast is basic but plenty of with lots of seating. Location is perfect very walkable 5 min to st Catherine street. Would not book this hotel again the price is not comparable to other better options in the area.
