My second stay at Qub for a business trip. The staff was very helpful, proactive, and easy to contact. The location is strategic. It provides a well-stocked pantry. Amenities are also on par with other hotels. It's a perfect stopover for visiting or on a business trip in Semarang.

Hot water doesn't work, towels are dull, pillow sheets in particular are dull.

Hotel staff was available when I went there (before Maghrib) and check out time was after Subuh around 5. Overall OK, close to several places to eat via online transportation. The location is like in a shophouse plaza so in front of it there are many motorbikes or cars parked by businesses next door.

Easy access (on the main road), parking is available (in the shophouse area), very clean, both the bed, room, bathroom, and building. There is also Netflix on the TV. In case there are kids who want to watch. The driver will definitely be sleeping during transit. Hot water... works. But it's only a little warm. Not to the point where it feels warm enough to take a shower. So it's just, "at least it's not cold," just like that. Okay for transit.

The comfort is okay. The only problem is the soundproofing which is still noisy from outside. There is also no elevator, it is quite draining if you get the top room.

Some of the towels were dirty, the male staff were not very friendly.

The room is nice, overall it's good, the only downside is that the sheets sometimes get dirty, sometimes they can't be washed using Veneer/Bayclin.
