The hotel is very, very good and very satisfying... The service does not disappoint, the hotel is good, clean, neat, and very quiet, access is very easy.

A good choice for an affordable stay near Kuta Beach. The location is definitely a highlight—situated right in front of Kuta Beach, so you can easily walk to the beach anytime. It’s also close to many restaurants and bars, which makes it very convenient. The staff hospitality is good and the team is welcoming. However, I did notice that some of the room equipment feels a bit old and could be better maintained and cleaned. Overall, still a pleasant stay with good service from the team.

Close to Kuta Mandalika, beach, and clean

Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly. The location is strategic, even though it's at the very end of the busy center and the Mandalika Bazaar (a 3-minute motorbike ride to the Mandalika Bazaar). In the afternoon or morning, you can hang out on the beach and play in the waves, perfect for kids. There's ample indoor and outdoor motorcycle parking. The bathroom is spacious, but the details are a bit lacking.

The hotel is nice and comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's right on the beach, but a 15-20 minute walk to the center.

Room 102 is not soundproof near the pump

Spacious deluxe room, but the soundproofing near the water pump isn't very good, so it's quite disturbing. Wi-Fi signal isn't strong in the back area, and there's a slight shortage of staff during busy times, which can lead to delayed cleaning. The room is pleasant because it's spacious.

The reception mentioned that the in-house restaurant has been closed for 1 year. Can’t order Gojek/grab for food or transport because is a complex area. So, you are forced to use taxi service that hotel has a deal with. None of this was mentioned in the booking information

First time staying in Kuta Mandalika—and I loved it! Totally recommended. For the price, the hotel offers really good facilities. The vibe fits perfectly with the beachy atmosphere. The room was simple but super comfy. The location is great—right in the Kuta Mandalika area and close to the town center. It’s easy to explore the area by renting a scooter. The staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, a great experience! 👍

Comfortable stay here, happened to get a room right in front so you can see the beach. The receptionist is only open until 8 pm WITA so after that you can call the night guard he said. The service is good, the facilities are well maintained, the room is clean and ready before 2 pm. The downside is that at night across the hotel it is quite noisy, Akamsi revellers revellers racing motorbikes, maybe because it is on a quiet side, maybe because I happened to stay on a Saturday night, so there are lots of young people from Akamsi showing off. But the hotel service is really good
