The most comfortable hotel in Malang, with excellent service. The food is delicious, with a wide variety, and the kids loved playing in the pool. I stayed here last Saturday, booking three Deluxe Executive rooms with a connecting room and one adjoining room. I'll be staying here again next time! 👍👍👍👍👍

It was a pleasure. From check-in to the lobby, the receptionists were very friendly. The pool area was very comfortable, as were the breakfast area, jogging track, and gym. It was very convenient and the service was very friendly. Grand Mercure Mirama Malang was the best choice for our family.
