The hotel is quite nice, clean, the breakfast is decent, the staff is friendly but some of them are still lacking in humility. A small suggestion for tea and coffee spoons: if possible, don't use plastic ones. Thanks, nice to stay for two weeks 😊

Cheap and close to everything. Clean too. Totally worth it.

The room was dirty, the toilet was dirty, the sink was clogged, there were lots of insects and small worms in the bathroom. The bathroom walls were dirty, sticky, and smelly. The breakfast utensils were dusty and tasteless.

First time staying at Royal Bay, the lobby smells clean, the receptionist is friendly, got a room as requested non-smoking. Entering the room automatically smells good but sorry to say a few moments later it was really uncomfortable to enter the toilet. There was a damp smell, the shower room when you turn on the water smells first, the faucet and shower are rusty, the bathroom walls have stains, the bedsheets have stains, the towels are no longer suitable for use. I had to check out early. Sorry, for the future my suggestion is that the room needs maintenance. Thanks Royal Bay

Good, clean, comfortable, but the toilet is a bit dirty, a little yellow and can be replaced.

The food is delicious, the staff is friendly, but the rooms could be renovated a bit, yeah, the ones that are damaged so they can be even better.

The room I got smelled quite nice, but the amenities were a bit limited, and there were no tissues, especially in the toilet. If you want an iron, there's a charge for the charger. I recommend changing the bedsheets, as they're yellowing.

If possible, put a cover on the bolster in the room to make it look cleaner.
