Wonderful stay! The location is in the city center, is about 10 min walking to the beach and 2 km to the walking center. However, I find the surrounding area is quiet. The room is spacious and clean. The staff are lovely. They even brought my breakfast into my room because I was sick and couldn't come to the restaurant. The rooftop bar and pool have a beautiful view of Pattaya.

- Check in takes 1 hour+ the staff just kept saying please wait and wait and wait without reason. Other hotels make check in process much more smooth for their guests.- the room and hallways have intense cigarette and smoke odor.- very little parking, for a hotel with so many rooms they need to manage their parking situation better.

Going to stay for the first time I'm very impressed. The staff members all provide good service. Smiling and greeting Fast check-in and check-out. We stayed here and hardly had to go anywhere. There is every service, the food is delicious. The kids will ask about the taste and give feedback so that we can improve it (I like this).

Khách sạn khá đẹp, tiện lợi. Tuy nhiên, nhân viên phạt tiền chúng tôi vì nói chúng tôi hút thuốc trong phòng dù chúng tôi chỉ hút ngoài balcony. Trong khi đó qui định chỉ ghi là không hút thuốc trong khách sạn. Tiếp theo, tôi thấy nhân viên cũng báo phạt 1 khách quốc tế khác vì hút thuốc trong phòng. Người khách đó bảo do local girl hút. Sau khi nhân viên và local girl nói tiếng Thailand với nhau thì họ không phạt nữa. Thật sự không công bằng. Bye. No next time

The room was nice. The rooftop pool and bar could be a lot cooler. When we were there, they had loud club music on … it was terrible music … More suited to one of the girl bars nearby. When it should be a quiet, chill vibe. People were sitting together quietly, talking … having a drink. A few couples. The music vibe was completely off … Should've been some nice chill music and it would've been much better. Gym is tiny and inadequate. Hotel staff and reception were very nice as well as the doorman. Very helpful always opening the door for you and helping with luggage.

The hotel is not big, located in the heart of Pattaya, not on the beach. There is a parking lot beside the hotel. The service staff is very good. Everyone is smiling, the hotel is clean, the rooms are beautiful, the equipment is complete, the restaurant on the 23rd floor is very beautiful, overlooking the outside view, delicious food, coffee, bakery is good, suitable for sipping coffee in the afternoon. There are coffee beans to choose from. The staff is very good. The roof top is beautiful. There is a wine buffet for you. Fitness, sauna, and spa are complete. You don't have to go out anywhere.
