Nice, friendly, and clean and not far from town

The location is very strategic, but I didn't sleep well because the sound of the water pipes could be heard from the room all night :(

My 2-nights stay at Daun Menteng was very relaxing. I had just arrived from a long trip and checked in at an unusual hour at 4 a.m. The room was perfect for a short getaway.

Pleasant experience and enough facilities for our stay, very comfy room with large window. This residence has an elevator as well and limited car parking space.

Daun Residence Menteng is super comfy. Clean and there is free mineral water and can use microwave.

The only weakness is in the bathroom. It's muddy. The water wets the dry area. And it doesn't flow into the drain.

Worth every penny! Check in and check out were fast, clean, the room wasn't too spacious but it was complete with a refrigerator, hair dryer, TV that can watch Netflix and YouTube, and the location was great. If I go to Jakarta again, I will stay here.

There is a problem with the water heater, initially it is not hot and it takes up to 15 minutes to heat up.

I stayed here for over a week and felt comfortable. It's close to the city center and has many cafes nearby. The only downside is that the Wi-Fi was a bit problematic at the end, but overall, I was very satisfied with my stay.

The room was so clean, and the staff were so helpful. And of course, they have the best location.
