I've stayed here twice, and so far it's been pretty good, although the water heater sometimes takes a while to get hot. The soundproofing isn't great, but so far the room is comfortable. For connecting flights, it's worth checking out; it's also close to the new airport, only 5 minutes away.

Maybe the hot water heater could be made automatic, because sometimes the water is still very cold when I take a morning shower, even with the heater set. The toilet flush has gotten stuck several times.

The service is good, everything is close to perfect. I'm an ex-employee of HTL for 12 years so I can judge everything. It's my first time staying here but I already know that HTL prioritizes service, cleanliness and neatness. Too bad I didn't take a picture because I still want to stay there again. The breakfast is satisfying. The price is relatively good. Hot water is ok, AC is ok.. it's great..

It was quite comfortable to stay at Lavela Inn. Strategic location, not too noisy, clean, and the food tasted just right. Only the shower water didn't produce much water. For the price and the quality given, it was quite appropriate. Will definitely stay here again.
