The room I chose yesterday had no view. The sheets and blanket smelled musty, probably not having been changed by the previous guest. I contacted room service to ask for a replacement, and they responded very well. As for the bathroom, for a 4-star hotel, it needs more attention to cleanliness. Otherwise, it was fine.

The room was too small for the price compared to similar hotels. The TV broadcasts were terrible. The breakfast was lacking, and the menu choices were too limited. The rice cakes were served cold, as if fresh from the fridge. I wasn't satisfied with the room amenities. The swimming pool water was dirty. The only good thing was the view from the pool.

The AC is not cold enough, the AC also leaks in room 511, the glass corners of the room are not clean, under the sink is not clean, there are few TV channels, there are no special programs for children, the breakfast is also ordinary, the food is bland, the service staff are friendly.

Every time we go to Padang, this hotel is always my son and I'm the first choice. I chose the Executive Prime Sea room because of its ocean view, which makes it hard to move on. The staff is also friendly, the breakfast is quite varied, and the access is easy.

The room walls were dirty with rain marks, and the sheets had cigarette stains and holes, and the pool area smelled of urine, and the security guards did not help the guests.

Friendly staff, flexible check-in time, if the room is available you can check in immediately. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, very strategic location near Padang Beach, in the morning you can jog along the beach while buying snacks along the beach road.
