Friendly staff, flexible check-in time, if the room is available you can check in immediately. The room is spacious, clean, comfortable, very strategic location near Padang Beach, in the morning you can jog along the beach while buying snacks along the beach road.

A request for a smoking mountain view was given a non-smoking one on the rooftop of the lobby terrace. This was despite double-confirming the reservation via WhatsApp, citing terms and conditions. Why wasn't the reservation blocked from the start if the guest had already made a note?

Suggestion: I stayed for 3 nights, so the sheets and blanket should be changed every day, because on the first day, the blanket was found to be very dirty, which was discovered when the blanket was turned over. This is my experience when entering a hotel, you have to check the sheets and blankets in detail.
