I truly enjoyed my stay at Jumeirah. The property is gorgeous with a marvelous pool and lounge area, delicious food, kind and courteous staff, and superbly maintained property. My room was right on the beach offering an amazing view and quiet, relaxing atmosphere. You will not regret staying here!

There was roaches in my room!,

We stayed in one of the beachfront rooms and it was extraordinarily fantastic. The price was absolutely fair for what we got, the food at the restaurant was excellent, the staff was wonderful from the first moment that we walked in and we were greeted by Atik. We can’t say enough good things about it and will definitely stay here again the next time that we are in Mombasa.

No hot water in shower and water pressure sucked. . Ran it for many mins. Never heated up. Otherwise nice place. But that was a huge problem for me!!

Amazing Hotel; I will definitely book again. I had an ocean view from my balcony. Service was great, and the was good.
