Reception staff were not professional enough. Issues with wifi password and daily validation of access card if we stay more than oneday. No clear instructions of it when we checked in. Food was okay. Rooms are clean. However it is hard to recommend because of overall experience.

Room was clean . ensuire was clan. Everytime you telephone for someone, they would keep giving another no , that no will give another no and then another no. This happened whenever we phoned. none of the staff knew where to refer to. THERES NO ROOM BOY TO RUN ERRANDS FOR YOU . so please prepare well ahead . to buy everything yourself and take. The breakfast you better call before you book if it is complimentary. we wete told different things by different people. The staff or the restaurant people have not got a clue about this. het an authorised email. otherwise you will end up paying as we did. Otherwise ok hotel. Will have a second thought to visit again .
