Clean and recently renovated. Close to the beach. Great stay.

We have been to this hotel three times now and this third time was not a great experience compared to the previous times. The staff at the front desk were not friendly or welcoming. For housekeeping, they gave us stained towels. The room was nice but definitely not worth the money we paid.

Great location close to restaurants beach shopping ! Great pool side food and drinks.

Upon arrival the front desk staff just wasn’t friendly. Then upon arrival at our premium queen guest room it was so small that the entrance door literally barely cleared the bed frame. There are no closets, coffee maker or microwave in the room which is a pretty standard feature in most hotels. The common areas are beautiful but the actual room was disappointing for the price.

The property is really nice, the rooms a little small but very clean, modern and well appointed. The pool area was also excellent and the staff great. The only problem we experienced was the night staff. We were a group of 8 sitting around the fire table outside which was lovely. Someone from the street started talking to us and made us laugh. It was shortly after 10 pm so maybe it was too late??? We don’t know but the people on the sidewalk outside were fooling around and I don’t know what the night clerk was thinking but he came over and told US to act our age. It was not only terribly rude, it wasn’t us carrying on, it was outside the property! Terrible customer service and treatment which sent us to our rooms and wrecked our evening. Other than that it was excellent.

This property is absolutely amazing , We we're only going to stay one night , we liked it so much we stayed another night. It's great vibes by the pool food is tasty and drinks are good. Prices are reasonable too. Staff at the front desk very friendly and check-in was a breeze . I recommend this place to everyone .

Very nice hotel set up for sitting out in the patio/dining or pool area. Looks nice and super clean. Rooms are small but we knew that and cared more about the location and access to a pool. This hotel is on the main strip and a walkable distance to the beach. Also the front desk staff are great! Thanks for a great few days!

Great little mother daughter vacation, the pool is great. Close to everything and very safe feeling

Paid for the premium queen room but I don’t think that’s what we had. Room was so small the door hit the bed and the sheets were so rough. It claim we had premium bedding. Other than the room the hotel is amazing.

The stay was good except for the wifi which kept cutting out even for the tv. Asked the front desk and they said too many people were using and they had contacted the supplier. I guess had time to read a book

Atmosphere of properry was vibrant loves thw pool and bar/cabana area Room was smaller than anticipated for a king size bed and we had an accessibility unit No view at all from our unit

decent rooms, staff were nice. biggest turn off is the price - too much for a single room. had a beautiful suite at blue mountains the night before for only $50 more.

We appreciated the fact that we could pay for day parking at this vacation spot and enjoy the pool after check out. We had one hiccup checking in that was handled professionally, which in turn made us feel like we would come back. Lovely, relaxed atmosphere although attention to detail is acute!

Loved our two night stay:). Great location. Beautiful property. Immaculate. Friendly staff. Would highly recommend to anyone planning a trip to Grand Bend:)

10/10 for everything!

We had a good size room with a king and queen bed (221). The only downside was the stairs. We loved that the pool area was open at 9am . Poolside food was great and there was alot of great seating areas along the property. Free coffee in the lobby all day and great helpful staff. Very easy to check in and out and everything was walking distance. We would definitely return.

I liked the court yard area outside of the rooms. The rooms were small but comfortable and clean. I did not like the vibe around the pool. I have three kids but I don't let them scream our names or splash patrons on lounge chairs so it was loud and not at all relaxing. When we asked the pool attendant if they could ask the two families to lower their volume, she said there was nothing she could do.

Property was clean, well maintained. Pool and restaurant were great, and hotel was short 8 minute walk to the beach. Would stay again if visiting Grand Bend.
