The hotel is nice, but it doesn't feel like a Four Seasons; only one elevator was working, the restaurant was nothing extraordinary, the location is good, the parking is excellent, and the front desk staff were outstanding.

Le doy una estrella porque fue muy desafortunada mi estancia, alguien Robo unos lentes de 10 mil pesos del área de la alberca y no fue un descuido fue jn robo, no pretendia que la empresa me los pagaran pero si que me apoyaran viendo en las camaras lo solicite 3 veces, les dije la hora exacta y nadie me apoyo, supe en que momento se perdieron y no me pudieron apoyar observando la camara, el que calla otorga asi qu pensare que fue algun trabajador, realmente el hotel 10 de 10 pero si vas cuida tua cosas de los empleados, lo cual es muy desagradable estar asi se supone que vas a relajarte, asi que no recomiendo lo lamento, nunca recibiras apoyo ahi.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I left multiple items in the room and I know with certainty they were there before I checked out. When I reached out, I was told nothing was found, which is extremely suspicious. It’s hard not to question the integrity of the cleaning staff when personal belongings just “disappear.” This is a serious breach of trust, and I would strongly caution others to think twice before staying here. Management needs to take accountability and address this immediately.

The room was very small even though it was a suite they were really, no extras inside no snacks or alcohol to buy from one of the elevators was not working so it was extremely convenient and it just looks a bit rundown. The pool water was dirty.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had very pleasant experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, whith all basics amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, always .willing to assist with question and request.

It was good, did not really interact with staff except for checking in. The pillows had a bad smell to it.
