The location was perfect. It was within walking distance to everything, including the old city. We used Bilbao as a base to explore several other places such as: Lourdes, Biarritz, Santander, San Sebastián, Gatica and Bustamante. It was perfect for easy and quick access to the highway system.

Pleasant stay in a very good location, especially to visit the Guggenheim. We had a room at the back overlooking the courtyard so was lovely and quiet. They do charge for the spa which is a bit much.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Bilbao. Rooms are clean, spacious and well-maintained. Breakfast spread is delicious and extensive. Both the pool and the gym are very good. Staff are prompt in their service.

The hotel location was very convenient! We walked everywhere we needed to. The staff was nice enough to upgrade us to a suite! Very clean and comfortable room. The staff was very helpful and friendly as well!

We’ve been away from home traveling and cruising throughout Europe since March 28th. By far, this hotel has provided the best accommodations. The staff is also superb and breakfast was delicious!!! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Bilbao.

I was able to get into the spa the same day I arrive - they open until 9pm - what a treat - great massage. The front desk is friendly and professional. I didn’t eat here but my colleague did and said it was great. The room was impeccably clean and super quiet - I hadn’t slept for a few nights and was able to sleep comfortably until mid morning. Very minimalistic but elegant design.
