Staff need to really improve. The room I reserved was not the one they gave me. I came to the room realizing it was a smoking room (I ordered non-smoking), the room type was different from what I ordered too. I paid a higher price because I wanted a better room, but they gave me a lower type. Obviously, I complained, specifically telling the reception what I ordered. They apologized and I got the room that I ordered. It was very nice - clean and proper. I understand it's not a huge issue, but it was such a waste of time, and I can't help but think that I might get swindled if I didn't complain. So please, make sure you check the order carefully.

Again, a great choice for business trips. The receptionist was very helpful, and I love the lobby interior, comfortable sofas, and chairs. The surrounding area offers a great seafood culinary experience, making me want to come back for more!

The location is not very far from the city center. The room I stayed in was pretty small, but overall it was good. One fundamental thing that shouldn't happen in this four-star hotel is that the water pressure is too low, the washlet does not work, and the hot water in the shower is hard to manage.

I'm a bit confused about the hotel's class, as it's a 4-star hotel, but I think it's actually still a 3-star hotel, and the price is also comparable to a 3-star hotel. Large cars are difficult to maneuver in and out of the lobby, and parking inside the hotel is also difficult. The hotel should remove any hanging pots and/or poles that obstruct cars from exiting the lobby or parking lot.

The swimming pool is quite large, unfortunately there is no one for children.

It was a great stay. If you wanted to hang out at night, you could just walk out of the hotel. The pool is accessible until late at night. Unfortunately, there's no kiddie pool. If there were facilities for kids, this hotel would be great.
