A comfortable place to stay with a view of Surabaya city, clean and tidy, all staff are friendly, the breakfast menu is quite varied.

The hotel staff was friendly, check-in was fast, the room smelled great, was clean, and had plenty of tissues. The interior was stylish and minimalist. It was a bit small, perhaps due to budget constraints (it was a bit difficult to pray in). Other than that, everything was fine. Breakfast wasn't provided, as I was in Surabaya for culinary delights.

It's comfortable enough to be a transit hotel in Surabaya. While you're at it, you can take a short trip to the nearest airport (TP) using an online motorcycle taxi.

Yes, it was a very pleasant stay at the Ibis Surabaya Tidar Hotel. However, the reception staff was less than responsive when we needed our room cleaned. Overall, it's good, and close to the TP if you want to go to the mall. I hope the service will improve next time.
