The customer service staff was difficult to persuade for early check-in. The additional fee was the same as booking a new room. I don't recommend this hotel.

As usual, it's a great location, right in the heart of Jakarta. It's all good.

Stayed for a few days and have been here often because it's close to the GI and at first the room didn't smell. The last two times in different periods, the AC always smelled like cigarettes even though they were in different rooms. And when I wanted to complain, I heard someone else complaining the same thing. So, if it was turned on or not, it smelled of cigarettes. It was really uncomfortable, I had to sleep under the bedcover. The only thing I recommend is the security, they are always thoughtful and very friendly!!

The location is close to shopping areas. The rooms are also decent. The downside is that breakfast is boxed up, and you get ready-to-heat food.

Our items that were left for safekeeping were lost and the staff were indifferent when asked about them. We would like to ask for your attention to the guest's belongings and provide a solution to this problem.

Great location. Amenities are a bit lacking (old TV, no microwave, no washer and dryer). The AC leaks but is cold. The shower is a bit clogged but the towels are nice and clean. The room views are of the dormitories, food stalls, and also the skyscraper. There is only one room card but the Deluxe room is quite spacious and clean. The room is not soundproof. There is a refrigerator but it smells a bit damp. There is only one elevator. The staff are nice and helpful. It's quite nice but there are many things that could be improved.

Very strategic location. Breakfast is quite good. Facilities are lacking: washing machine, dryer, old TV, microwave, only one elevator, card access only gets one. The hot shower water can run out in the middle of a shower. The water hole in the shower floor is a bit clogged. The AC in room 607 keeps leaking but is cold. The Deluxe room is spacious, the towels are thick, nice and clean. The room is clean but not soundproof. The staff is nice and helpful. Not bad, hopefully the shortcomings can be improved.
