Very comfortable and strategic, friendly service

The bed was filthy, the mattress was covered in blood, and the sheets were only half-made. My feet were itchy and uncomfortable while I slept. I recorded video of it, and I will never stay here again.

Good enough for a stopover

Wanting to sleep, the sheets were torn, the water was off, and after the water was running, the water was dirty. Breakfast was only one type/portion, helped by the good service of the room service staff.

The room is not soundproof, it is very noisy. You can hear people opening and closing the door, and the sound of people making love is very disturbing.

The second time I stayed at the Cartenz Hotel because the location is quite strategic and the price is relatively cheaper than hotels with the same quality in the surrounding area, I chose a deluxe suite room because I like the large size. The room is clean, for the shower there is hot water but it is slow to heat up, the pressure and flow in my opinion are very sufficient lao lao. For the breakfast menu, there is enough, it can be added more. I am on the second floor, outside there is a place to smoke or just sit and see the atmosphere of Jalan Budi Utomo Timika, my suggestion is that it needs to be cleaned with a mop and throw away the trash. Thus

Please inform the guest at check-in about tidying up and cleaning the room. Don't just ask after complaining whether the information to the receptionist was about the room to be cleaned or not? The standard of hotel service is that the room must be cleaned

For just transit, this hotel is good enough, but not for those who like cleanliness. Please improve the cleanliness and readiness of the rooms.

I like the location which is close to shops, cafes, restaurants, ATMs, clinics. Some notes for those who want to stay here are, the walls are made of partitions, so the sound of the road from outside still enters the room.

The room smells of cigarette smoke and the AC is leaking.

So far, the hotel staff and room are awesome, so clean, and comfy to stay.

Hotel dengan rate 400ribu up tapi udah macam kelas melati aja. Semut dimana-mana, kamar mandi ga banget. Mau tidur juga sampe susah, ga ada lampu tidurnya. Water heater ga stabil sama sekali, 1 menit hangat, 1 menit kemudian dingin begitu terus. Listrik mati nyala beberapa kali ketika mandi. Handuk, sandal dan air mineral cuma dikasih 1.

Not bad, but the air conditioner wasn't cold enough and had time to report, until I got home, I came to fix it.
