Good choice to stay at Old Quarter Hanoi.

My first impression was that the room was very fragrant and pleasant, large and airy, located in the middle of Hanoi but at a very reasonable price, and the staff were attentive. I will definitely come back many times.

The receptionists here are very helpful and attentive. The hotel smells nice and is airy; the bed linens and towels are freshly laundered and fragrant. I often travel to Hanoi for work and have great confidence in staying here 🤍

The location is right in front of HK Buslines. The rooms are not soundproof.

I had a 3-night business trip in Hanoi and stayed at Marina Hotel. Its location is perfect for soaking up the daily Hanoi vibe. You can have a short walk around Hoan Kiem Lake in the morning and enjoy the different dishes in the old quarter late at night. The receptionist is friendly and helpful.

I stayed at the hotel for 3 days and 2 nights. However, the air conditioner in my room was broken and not cool. I reported to the receptionist, and the next afternoon they told me to move to another hotel with the same owner for more convenience. However, I did not move because it was only 2 nights. I rate the hotel's service as okay, but the lack of room preparation is not okay, it needs to be improved because the room rate is not cheap anyway.

The hotel is located near the old town, the main road is wide, very convenient for traveling, close to restaurants. The reception staff is friendly and enthusiastic. If I have the opportunity to return to Hanoi, I will still choose Marina Boutique Hotel.

The Vietnamese staff is enthusiastic. But the room is a bit dusty. Vacuum the room a little bit more and it will be ok. The space is ok. Near the lake too 🥰🥰🥰
