The best hotel to stay in Midvalley. I stayed here twice in a month and it was a great stay.

Staff reacted positively when the first room I checked into had a strong cigarette smell. They assisted swiftly in changing the room. Very friendly and professional service. Thank you for the stay.

Booked premier room and requested for an extra bed. The room is really spacious for 3 people, and I love how this hotel provides a water refill area too. The location is perfect, connected to Mid Valley Mall. Wi-Fi is great, the bathroom and bedroom are clean. The best part is the TV comes with Netflix, YouTube, and other preinstalled movies.

Location is at Mid Valley and connected directly with a shopping mall, and this helps when you shop.

We had a lovely stay at St. Giles Boulevard. The staff are friendly, especially Mr. Hafiz at the reception who attended to us. He explained clearly the options we had during our early check-in. The hotel is conveniently connected to The Megamall. Liked the arrangement for guests to refill filtered water in the corridor to minimize plastic bottles usage. Would stay there again.

Smooth and fast check-in. Love so much because the hotel is in the Mid Valley mall. I spend free time strolling the mall. I have a meeting at the Book Xcess, the opposite of Mid Valley. Breakfast is so good!!! I love the vegetable curry so muchhh. Definitely coming back for the breakfast.

Room was damp and floor carpet was a bit wet. Food not much variety and though breakfast is supposedly 6.30am, some significant options were only available more than an hour after that

My experience at the hotel was good. Room was clean with plenty of amenities. TV had good choice of preloaded channels and movies, with the option of Netflix, YouTube and casting your own device. Buffet breakfast option was basic and nothing to shout about. Would be better if hotel reserve some parking spots for guests like what Garden does

There are alot of ants on the table top as well as the toilet floor other than that, the facilities, the location, the breakfast spread are good. They are also staffed enough at the reception during peak hours making queues alot faster. Happy with the service.

Nice hotel, but a bit far from Bukit Bintang. The hotel price is quite expensive, On par with hotels in Bukit Bintang.
