Hotel scent was not pleasant. Smells like old, moldy, and sweat-stained clothes. The bathroom was a bit old, can see the repairs not well covered i.e. cement can be seen instead of covering with white wash sealant. The breakfast buffet was not replenished fast enough i.e. 10-15 mins wait. Good points were turnaround housekeeping was prompt e.g., asked them for deodorant for the bathroom and they came to spray. Shower pressure was good, buffet teh Tarik and coffee was good, generally buffet spread was wide and taste was generally acceptable. Good view from the hotel room on the 25th floor. Will book again if prices remain or lower. Thanks.

The location is next to the shopping mall, so very convenient for activities. The room is just nice, however I have booked 2 rooms with a connecting door, but they can't fulfill such order.

The staff is very friendly. Clean room and bedsheets.

The counters could use some improvement with a simple sequencing algorithm to reduce check-in delays.

The hotel's location is very strategic, not far from the checkpoint and directly connected to Mid Valley Southkey Mall. My family was very happy because the access to the mall made it easy for us to shop and enjoy the many food options. The room was in good condition, quite soundproof, and the bed was very comfortable. We chose a king-size room and were very satisfied with its comfort. Breakfast was quite good, but I think the restaurant area needs to be expanded as the number of guests felt beyond capacity, it was very crowded and there were long queues during peak breakfast hours.

It will be perfect if the hotel can have meal options after 10:00 PM, where people can order a light meal during the late night.

Hotel staff were very friendly and the bedroom was comfortable. Breakfast, however, tasted very average and was uninspiring for a five-star establishment.

The service is still pretty good. During check-in, without any prompting, we got 'upgraded' to a room with river view. Breakfast was delicious and a smooth process. Despite the morning crowd, it was just a short wait before they seated us. After breakfast, we got to enjoy their facilities using the hotel gym + rooftop pool. We also had some evening drinks at The View bar lounge that comes with a free mocktail as we visited on their Thursday Ladies Night promo.

I had a good stay at St. Giles Southkey. The location is excellent and overall everything else was satisfactory. The only issue was the presence of mold in the toilet, as well as mold spots on the heads of the shampoo and body wash bottles in the shower.

A convenient hotel linked to the mall. Need some upkeeping on the facade especially the hotel windows. Towels are also getting thinner. It is otherwise still a good and comfortable hotel to stay in.

Overall good and location convenient, just a doorstep distance to reach the shopping mall.

Parking is challenging on weekends. No allocated parking lot for hotel guests.

Such a lovely place! The view from the window is absolutely breathtaking, you can wake up to radiant sunrises and admire the serene horizon stretching endlessly.
