Had a deluxe room with balcony,very nice massive bed,tv etc. only problem I had was managed to set off smoke alarm after using shower! The sensor is too close to the bathroom! Good wake up call for my neighbours though!

For the price I paid, and never mind the price, it was amazing value and great stay - clean, tidy, quiet, free parking & really helpful staff, comfortable bed, good shower and quick wifi. Everything you could need. You can here next door guests but it's ok. Defintely recommend, thank you team

Got to the property late (as pre arranged) and managed to locate the reception person after finding the emergency number. Room was clean but a little tired looking apart from a new thick carpet. Facilities generally good but no plug sockets next to the bedside tables. I am a CPAP user so had to have the power lead running from the desk area on one side of the room to the bedside table on the other side creating a trip hazard across the floor.

Really good stay, was very nice and clean and bed was very nice and comfy would definitely stay again.

Was a nice little site, with splash pad and park for the kids. Res and we visited when the weather was in the 30s

Room was clean and tidy good parking only thing another grab handle on the wall for older people getting in and out for a shower possible could slip other wise no complaints

For the price we paid, the room was surprisingly spacious, had been recently renovated so in excellent condition and also very clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable. We didn’t eat at the restaurant, however the staff on reception at the time of check in were both very friendly and helpful. When booking a less expensive get-away for just one night, this honestly had everything you would need. Again, just to highlight, in comparison to most places we have stayed in this price bracket, the room was exceptionally spacious and well maintained, really couldn’t say a bad word about it!

The hotel was clean and had basically what we needed. Luckily we brought our own fan as there wasn’t one in our room and it was ver hot. The rooms could be made better by having a mini fridge. Security Chain broken on door 10 that needs to be fixed. The restaurant wasn’t great, floors really dirty and there is no one available to regularly clear and clean tables. The water play was turned off at 5:30pm and it was still 27 degrees so that was disappointing. For such a new place I expected cleaner standards in the main building. Overall the stay was cheap and I would stay again.

Mostly enjoyed our stay. Room clean and suitable for short stay. No toiletries on first night just soap. Only 2 cups for 3 adults had to go to bar for an extra cup. No extension lead available so glad we took our own although not really long enough. Disappointed to find door not secured properly after cleaners had been in.

Great hotel as always. I would recommend to everyone

Lovely spacious clean rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The first night we had to park on grass because the parking bays were full when we came back late! The next day we managed to get a parking space. Everything else was excellent.

Arrived on time, only to find that Reception wasn’t near the rooms. Room was clean, heater could do with some instructions. Asked for a double bed and got 2 singles pushed together. Golf course available, good restaurant, assault course for kids. Beautiful walk around site. Static Caravans available to rent, for Holidays

Could have been cleaner .

Absolute bargain, superb room we weee in 17 we had drinks and food at the bar great value for money good standard of food. The staff were very very helpful all youngsters with great customer service skills. We had an issue with our bathroom light out of hours and we immediately were offered solutions to make our stay a happy one. We used this hotel as part of a longer break for the location only, so we only wanted an inexpensive bed for the night. We got this and so much more. A great find with a lovely balcony looking out over lots of British garden birds and baby bunnies FABULOUS!!!

Clean a tidy as always stayed many times

Excellent location for work

When have stayed here before we had a nice room overlooking the golf course. This visit we had a ground floor room overlooking the car park. The room is ready for refurbishment. The restaurant was closed for breakfast - would have been nice to know that in advance. Nevertheless, comfortable and convenient. Will stay there again but ask some questions before booking.

Brilliant staff, very clean and spacious room. Only drawback is the lack of electrical sockets /USB charging points. That being said, we'd gladly stay again!
