I was very happy with my room and location. Perfect for what I needed and staff were easy to get hold of (when a fire alarm went off). My only suggestion would be to update the check-in notes. You need to check-in in a different location, and they should just give the number 37, not the range which isn't on any of the doors. Also there's nothing that says Bower House, it says Georgian House. Changing those two things would make life a lot easier. Would also have been nice to have a fridge If the price is right next time I'm in London I'll be back, and would recommend to anyone else looking for a place to stay.

Room was spotless. Bed was extremely comfortable. Location is amazing!

Albeit relatively small, the rooms were clean and tidy. Staff members go beyond their ways to help and make the stay a pleasant one. Will come again.

Changed to the Georgian House at check in. Building was from 1840s, definitely could use come new pillows

The access was a bit of a pain, having to check-in at another hotel around the corner, before walking to where I was staying. No breakfast facilities in the building I stayed in. A very tight squeeze in the small bathroom.

Lovely clean (and very attractive) room. Staff very courteous and helpful.

The property needs renovated. The basement room walls need redone. There is cracks and damp spots. Smells!

Internet was excellent. However, I was not aware of airport shuttle service. We secured private taxi service.

Excellent location and the staff was so pleasant to deal with! If you enjoy a good walk you are able to get to some major attractions fairly quickly! Our room was clean and a cozy stay! Will be our go to place when visiting London! Couldn't recommend enough

Damp basement room with no ventilation .narrow curvy stairs

Convenient location to Victoria Station. Clean, tidy, quiet area. Has what you need for a brief overnight stay. Was in “basement room” - far more spacious than I was expecting. Quiet area. Short walk to station. No issues. Check in is via their sister hotel around the corner.

Everyone at the property was so nice!

This is one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed in my life. This is not a hotel, this is a very tiny room and a very unkept old house. At the time of arrival I asked for room service, that room service never came. The address on the website is not the same as the one for the reception which is a few blocks away. The bedding was not clean, and there are no elevator so you have to carry your luggage all the way up multiple flights of stairs. This is not a place I would ever stay in and I had to literally check out early because they did not change the bedding or provide extra towels after a long day.

Bower House is an annex so I didn't meet any staff after checking in. The room was pleasant. My only query was that in my 4 day stay, no one came to make the bed, clean the basin etc

The customer service is amazing it is a wonderful stay while in London!

Loved this hotel, fantastic staff, single room was great with an amazing bath and was very clean & comfortable. I was sorry my stay wasn't longer!
