Good service and fantastic Staff

The room was modern and spotless. The staff were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was excellent. There was plenty of free parking.

The AJ hotel was spotless rooms were spacious with a mini fridge, safe & coffee provided cleaned daily with fresh towels, a nice roof top pool, staff were very polite and we also enjoyed the breakfast.

Good check in with no problems, the bar area is unmaned so if you want a coffee or a drink you sometimes have a very long wait till a trained member of staff arrives. We book half board and being frequent travellers have stayed there 3 times now, november, december and january 26 but the evening menu although lovely is very limited and has not changed in 3 months so is very repetative and become boring! We love everything else about the hotel but please please update your menu monthly as we were not the only ones dissatisfied and it is letting down what is a beautiful hotel.

We have stayed at the hotel during our city trip in the area. The location of the hotel is very convenient with some big supermarkets in short walking distance. The parking was available on sight and included in the price. The room was very clean and modern. WiFi worked good. We were also very happy with the breakfast. The staff was very nice and polite.

All in the hotel is very good but, the bar area could be far better used. There is a restaurant but that's it. Not everyone wants a big breakfast or a 3 course dinner. Provide a smaller breakfast alternative and also light food as an evening alternative. dinner

Excellent price for a one night stay over after late flight in airport. Room was good, carpets were quite stained. Breakfast was good and lovely coffee.

Clean rooms, location, free parking, Pity restaurant was shut over Xmas, even access to microwave etc would have helped!TG there were eateries nearby open for FOOD. Cheers John&Denise

Beautiful hotel, very clean throughout, b3fs made daily and along with change of towels, we stayed half board and the food was lovely, evening meal is served to your table and all was very nice, like a boutique hotel without the price tag, lovely roof top pool xx

Quick and friendly check in. Asked for a room on a high floor and was allocated one. Room was spotlessly clean. Now have tea making facilities since the last time I stayed. Lovely outdoor swimming pool on the rooftop.

Spotless friendly staff food was amazing, I will be booking again for the 3rd time in may rooms are soundproof so don't worry if you're partner is loud in bed. Breakfast are amazing supermarket is 3 mins walk .
