Courteous staff, easy check in, room was spotless.

Check in was stated to be at 3pm and we weren’t given access until 4:15. Their reasoning was that “suites take longer to clean” when we entered the suite, it felt warm. We tried lowering the temperature but it turned out the AC wasn’t working so we had to call maintenance to fix it. The lotion is the restroom appeared to be used as if it wasn’t switched out. The room looked tidy and the bed was comfortable but I don’t know if I’d be willing to stay there again.

Room was clean, ac is really nice and cool. Staff is very friendly and the parking is good too. It’s a safe area and there’s restaurants, stores and salons.

Cuartos no tenian telefono 320 y 323 hotel se miraba sucio pasillos con alfombra sucias los.cuartos no tienen microondas, fueron varias veces que tuve que bajar a lobby porque no tenian los telefonos en los cuartos el hotel no cuenta con alberca no lo recomiendo a familiares ni amigos el precio es alto para no tener lo basico.

Love staying here, hotel is clean, comfortable and good dinner options. The parking is good. The staff is very nice and accommodating.

Room is nice but there were a few things missing I had to call reception. No iron, no blow dryer. No face towels. Only one hand towel and 2 regular towels. Breakfast is too pricey, if you want to eat there get the breakfast option on Expedia because paying upfront is to expensive
