Our fav place to stay in Penrith. Amazing in every aspect. 10/10

Lovely hotel in downtown Penrith. Vibey and well priced roof top bar.

2nd time staying there and it was excellent as before. Excellent staff, facilities, 2 bedroom suite, parking, location to shops, cafes and restaurants. Our favourite place to stay when in Penrith. Fantastic accommodations

2 bedroom suite with three toilets & two seperate bathrooms was awesome, stylish, clean & modern fit out. Staff were always helpful & the roof top bar was a great layout with their staff making Amazing cocktails

Beautiful accommodation. Large room and you can tell it was thoughtfully designed and decorated. Love the gold features throughout the property. Appreciated the complimentary drink at the rooftop bar. Reception is beautiful and smells lovely too.

Fantastic room and amenities in a great location

I generally have 2-3 business stays p/week, this hotel is right up there as one of the best. Great rooftop pool and outside bar for that quick unwind after a long day. The staff are super friendly and genuine. Spacious modern rooms with all you need. It’s quiet with good electronics with ample room to work. Parking is onsite and there are lots of close restaurants (tin and wood Italian over road)…they even have an automatic shoe polisher!

Best hotel we have stayed in! It ticked all the boxes. We were so happy with it! Spacious family friendly apartments, which were clean, beautifully decorated, and staff were exceptional. The roof top bar and pool was a hidden gem. We were even shown around the day spa and treatment rooms which are insanely awesome. Can’t rate more highly. Well done Astina Hotel! 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟

Zero accountability of guest safety. No emergency back up in case of power outage. Uncooperative staff. We have 2 hr power outage during our stay no information provided by management but instead close the reception so they don't have to deal with guests. Left guest in darkness and panicked.

Staff were welcoming. Room was clean and exactly what we needed, good parking facilities. Great location!

We booked this place to get away from Sydney and celebrate my bday. The Spa which I was so looking forward to use told me they don't do massages on the weekends which we found very weird as a hotelier myself, weekends is usually when you have more work! Also, I usually book places with sauna only to find out you have to pay extra to use it for 15 minutes, that's ridiculous! You should place a $ sign next to the sauna when advertising this in OTAS so that way guests don't get misleading. The only good thing was the pool and the rooftop. The curtains in the room aren't covering the full window so you wake up with light coming to your face early morning. The staff was friendly and it's not their fault but again, there are things that the management needs to improve. I wouldn't come back and I definitely won't recommend it.

Astina suites was an incredible hotel to stay at. All the facilities were great and lots of places to eat that were within walking distance. So comfy, spacious and clean! Can’t wait to go back

staff helpful roof top comfortable even if too busy for our liking but over all we will be back very convenient with our family in close proximity
