Overpriced basic room. Paid £200 per night for deluxe room, got a small room with just a double bed, tiny bathroom. Hot water took 10mins to come through. Not even a bottle of water in the room. Only 2 lifts for big hotel and 1 was faulty and doors wouldn’t open. Took staff 24hrs to put lift out of order, and then we had to use stairs as too many guests. Staff on reception have no interest in complaints, I guess they are used to it, didn’t even ask how my stay was when I checked out- don’t care. Lovely ladies working in breakfast room was the only consolation. Great location, tired and disappointing hotel, won’t be staying here again and I’m not even fussy. Highly not recommended.

Good location. No one at reception when we checked in and generally unhelpful. Housekeeping was poor: as three adults, we were consistently left two towels. Elevator broken during our entire stay

Had problems with one of their lifts, got stuck twice where the elevator door would not open. Mentioned it to the front desk.

I got a small double room which was fine. The carpet in the room wasn't the cleanest, the bed was extremely hard, and the pillows were very stiff. The next morning we went down to look at the breakfast and they didn't have a lot on offer but some people would probably have been fine with the breakfast. My biggest complaint was the service elevator. Our room was right next to it and starting at 7am, it made this super loud horrible noise which kept waking us up. Maybe if someone had a room far away from that it would be a good hotel, but we left tired and went and got breakfast elsewhere

Perfect location for the west end, check in not great though and no information in room, tv not working. Rooms could be spectacular with some money spent on them. Unfortunately our room was next to the staff lift so noisy. Believe this hotel could be great with some more money, time and effort as you cannot beat the location.

Staff were very helpful, room booked was ‘deluxe’ however felt like a standard room. Breakfast was good, except on last day no chef, continental breakfast supplied, fresh fruit was nice, no nice breads just white/brown bread, no ham, very limited.

I expected a little more for my £156 a night. Corridor carpet was taped where it had worn, room was noisy from main road outside (take ear plugs), shower took ages to warm up. The staff on reception could be a little more engaging. I got a perfunctory "We need a credit card against the room; here's your room keycard; you're on the first floor. However, the bed was very comfy and the hotel is in an ideal westend location.
