There was no one guarding the room at all, the check-in process was only given via a tablet in the lobby and it was very confusing, I couldn't ask for help. I was given a cellphone number to stick on, but it was a local number, while we were international tourists only using wifi. The AC was hot, I wanted to complain but couldn't because there was no one there at all. Really regret staying here.

No live receptionist at the hotel. All are virtual self service. I had no mobile data to make outbound call to live hotel receptionist to get check in code. In the end, I wasted RMx with roaming. What a bad day. The location is far away from city. Other than this, I m OK with the service rendered by cleaning staff. Very polite.
