Pricy parking, breakfast ok, clean room and hotel, staff very friendly

It’s a great hotel, I like the fact that it has a private indoor parking garage that you can get to your room without having to go outside. The staff rocks they are very accommodating & polite. There’s a nice area in walking distance with various restaurants to get a drink & to eat. There is also a hidden mall that’s about a 10 to 15min walk away. Big Beautiful Mall! I have stayed here with my wife twice 2 years in a row. Whenever I travel to Montreal this is the hotel I will stay at. You have a great team working the front desk & very professional.

fast check in, very clean, nice area

Room was immaculately clean. Bed was comfortable. Staff at desk were welcoming. I didn't try breakfast, so no comment. This being a newer hotel, I would've hoped soundproofing would have been better. Could hear the room next door and a lot of outside noise. Based on price of room, I also would have expected at least a few toiletries.

L’hôtel est propre, le personnel est serviable. Le lit est très confortable. Par contre, le stationnement est de 12$ par nuit.
