the hotel is situated outside the city limits. There is no elevator. The bath fittings were terrible. No hot water available. Good things were that the room was large, the floor was clean and food quality was very good.

I had booked this hotel for my mom who was traveling to Cooch Behar via Expedia. On 13th Dec when she landed at the hotel, hotel staff was rude and said she was booked for 12th and now she needs to pay for 13th. It was atrocious as my 80 year old mom had the email in paper confirming the stay for 13th Dec. They didn’t check with Expedia. I had to call up Expedia and then Expedia talked with Hotel management to get the issue resolved.
