Very clean room and amenities. Lots of parking, friendly staff. Coffee is very good and making waffles was a real treat for breakfast. No fresh fruit.

Clean room, Good breakfast and free onsite parking

Breakfast was fantastic, staff were wonderful, rooms were clean. My only complaint would be the pillows that immediately compress to nothing and the comfort of the beds which were hard as a rock.

Staff, parking, cleanliness, were amazing! Top notch! Staff are trained to check in with customers to make sure the stay is going well. A nice touch! I would like to see improvement in the scrambled eggs (powdered) and the coffee. The coffee was very weak. I also feel the cost of the hotel was very expensive. $689 for 2 nights. There is supposed to be a $100 security deposit to be refunded. The bill did not clearly reflect that.

Staff at breakfast exceptional, Front Desk Very Good, Groups of small kids running through the hallway Not great. Group of kids playing on the elevator Not great. Kids unsupervised in pool area Not great. Had a family emergency and ended stay early by one night and did not get reimbursed, Not great. Even though I have stayed here several times I think it’s time to try somewhere different.

Very nice place and good location to the RMC.

Parking was easy and safe. Lisa checked us in and was fabulous with giving us tips for local, walkable places to eat. The hotel is clean and modern

Nice hotel, looks new. The bed was not very comfortable though. A better breakfast would be a nice addition too.

Breakfast is okay, but can’t complain about free food. Staff is friendly that makes the stay pleasant.
