The staff were very helpful and attentive. Restaurant food was good. We only ate in town once.

Price to noise ratio this was the worst hotel I've experienced. Our room was seemingly over a night club that was pumping bass all day and much of the night. There was a lot of street noise. In short, this was too expensive to not feel nicer. This hotel choice was the biggest mistake of an otherwise excellent trip.

This was my second time at Indah and it was AMAZING again. The pools are rarely crowded and have stunning views of the ocean and whales. The restaurant’s food and drinks were fantastic and reasonably priced. The staff was so helpful and kind, especially Gustavo whose attentiveness and service went above and beyond. I will be back for a third stay!

Beware of hidden fee they try and make you pay at property it’s nearly the equivalent of one night - don’t fall for it and refuse, follow what’s on your expedia itinerary only

Beautiful property. The rooftop terrace and pool area is spectacular. Service was attentive and caring. It was am amazing experience with phenomenal views and good location.

Beautiful oceanview! Watching the sunset and feeling the ocean breeze at night falling to sleep was really awesome. All staff are friendly and responsive. The rooms are well maintained, lovely decor. The only issue was all the toilets , it gave off the sewage odor all day all night. Recommend putting in scented air fresheners. Convenience was the full kitchen and laundry machines.

Loved it great place

I loved staying at Maxwell at Indah. The property is lovely, the food is good, the pools are amazing. If you’re already in Puerto Vallarta, the taxi/uber knows where the property is. However when I got there the first day, I was in Nayarit, and my driver could not find it. The outside only says Indah, but that’s it. Also just an FYI, I love the location, it’s essentially in the hills, a little bit away from Zona Romantica. The taxi down is always $80-$100 Mexican Pesos.. Very cheap. You can walk down 20 minutes, but the taxi is less than 5 minutes. Unless you’re going to trek up and down the hill.. take into account paying for taxi there and back each time (or an Uber of course).
