Small room

The facility was very clean. The staff was very friendly and the owner, Christian was very accommodating. I didn't pay attention that the hotel was very far from the beach. I was seeking central area. The pool is small and in the front entrance. there are no elevators which made it uncomfortable for my husband who has bad knees. I also did not care to be told that the AC was controlled, meaning I couldn't lower it. With the heat and humidity - this was insulting. I checked out the same few hours I had checked in. This was my costly mistake and prefer to book as I arrive or book in a hotel I've previously stayed in.

Bring earplugs. Dog fights start at 4am. Roosters start at 4:30am. Traffic starts at 5am.

The pool was very small. I didn’t like that the AC was climate controlled and when it’s hot and muggy- I don’t want my AC at their desired temperature limit Christian was accommodating in accepting two additional people last minute But we checked out same day as this hotel was too far from the beach

The AC worked very well, and my room was sufficiently comfortable. The staff/owner was very accommodating and attentive. I'd easily come back. The area felt safe and there was always a presence at the front counter.

Christian and his family and staff were extremely helpful and accommodating to us during our stay. The room was clean and basic with a hot plate, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, dishes, cutlery etc.

Clean, comfy bed and staff friendly. Good value for money. 15 minutes to downtown Patricia

Hotel Las Salinas is run by a wonderful family who are very nice and attentive to your needs. The rooms are simple but have everything you need, including a fridge, stovetop and even Roku TV. The location can't be beat! 10 minute walk to downtown, 2 minute walk to a convenience store with all your needs, and 1 minute walk to pastor tacos, my favorite! The reception has a lovely little plunge pool that is kept clean. Would highly recommend!

Todo está muy bien. Las habitaciones están bien equipadas y son cómodas. El personal de limpieza hace un excelente trabajo, la recepción es amable y la seguridad es muy buena. Muy bien relajando

This hotel is ok. You can’t expect too much at this category of hotel. It’s just across the street from the main Centro of Zihua, so the location is good. There aren’t a lot of extras though - it’s a budget hotel and that’s what you get. Clean enough, comfortable enough. A little worn. The fridge and 2-burner cooktop are helpful, with sink. (Didn’t use).

It's a very nice and comfortable cheaper option for any traveler. Hot water, WiFi, TV and AC.

Very noisy neighborhood chickens, crowing and dogs barking most of the night easy walk into town and the owners are very nice and it was clean.

Clean room,sheets and cold air conditioner. 5 minute walk to everything, restaurants,shops,stores and Bay area.

It is a good place for a good sleep and rest...nothing fancy but it has everything that u need to be confortable.... Staff are really nice people... U can take the bus for all atractions around for 12 pesos and the bus stop is right in front of the hotel

The hotel charged twice for DEPOSIT - When I booked on November 9,2022 and When I checked in on Feb.27,2023. They denied it and no checking for the record of November 2022 money transaction??? I had to check with my bank about the transaction when I got back and YES, the hotel charged twice of deposit . My bank will cancel a transaction of Feb.27.2023. I asked to refund if I stay 2 nights instead of 9 nights and the hotel refused so I had to stay 9 nights, no choice!! It was very unpleasant experience !!! It was not worth for 1,000 peso ( over 70 CAD )/night. I blame myself that I made a mistake to choose Hotel Las Salinas. Expedia tried to resolve my issues but it was out of their hands.
