Upgraded to a junior suite with sea view, very nice. Receptionist was very helpful and informative and booked our taxi to the airport for us.

We really enjoyed our stay at Kosea Hotel, very helpful accommodating staff in all sections of the Hotel. Breakfast was great . My only comment is the unnecessary penny pinching, only one bottle of water was supplied for 7 days, coffee and tea in the room is nice however they only supply 2 coffee pods and then ask for 1 Euro 50 each for further supplies.

Air con failed on first night. Couldn’t be fixed by overnight staff. Manager sorted in morning by moving us rooms. Good solution but really poor sleep on first night left us fairly tired

The room smelled so bad, like sewage. Worn sheets and towels to the point of being transparent in places. Broken curtains and soap dispensers. Air con was not able to be adjusted, and set to a low fan setting. Building next door is an apartment block with loud shouting and partying all night. Would not recommend.

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The service is above excellent. I could not be happier my son and I chose this hotel! If there was anything higher than 5 stars I would have given it!

I was assigned to room 101, which felt like a basement—partly underground, with cleaning crew equipment often left in the hallway. On the bright side, the bar and its staff were excellent. A downside was the lack of rules for poolside chairs; many guests left towels to reserve spots and then left, making it difficult to find a place to relax in the sun. Breakfast was decent, but it definitely had room for improvement

Lovely modern boutique hotel. Staff were friendly, professional and very helpful. Everywhere was kept spotless, room was spacious and comfortable with good quality toiletries. Quiet and peaceful surroundings, ideal for a relaxing break. Also very well situated as less than a 10 minute walk from the main shopping and restaurant area

Lovely place to stay next to the marina and close to Kos town. Friendly and helpfully staff always on hand. Room was clean modern and had a great sea view.

The hotel is a in a great location. Beautiful on the Sea and walking distance to Kos town. The family suite was very tight. We are a family of 5 (2 parents 3 teenagers) and the room was very small with only one small bathroom. Beds were a small cot and a full size sofa sleeper. Barely room to open suitcases.

Loved our stay here

Hotel was good, well air conditioned and located close to the town. Only let down for us was the drinks. Orange juice and coffee at breakfast are both awful. There is a coffee machine in your room which is nice but they only give you 2 capsules between you for the whole of your stay which at the price charged for the room is penny pinching. They will provide more at 1 euro 50 each. Why not round it up to two per person per day? Other than that it was all fine.

Our stay at the hotel was excellent. The staff were really very friendly & would accommodate all our needs. The sea view room was gorgeous to wake up seeing the sunrise & ending our day with the beautiful sunset. The room was new comfortable & spacious. Highly recommend this place.

Terrible & health hazard bath amenities. Paid $570 Aus for one night and could not use the bath . Concerns from the hotel is not use your air conditioning and do not use water . Appalling and unacceptable from a hotel .

Staff was friendly and helpful, room and pool area were nice. The restaurant space and breakfast were fantastic. Location is close to the ocean and walkable to the ferry station & downtown area.
