Always felt like a treat staying here. Sent a msg the next morning after a couple of days of not having the rm cleaned to be told they now expect you to put a sign on the door to clean or not to clean the room. Very odd as not done that before there or anywhere else. Luckily they reminded me of the place visitors can get refills or i would have stayed without hot choc too. I will probably think twice before staying there again.

The room was in lovely clean condition with lovely quality bedding and towels. A large tv was available, also a fridge and microwave with tea/coffee making facilities.

Prior communication made check in easy and convenient. Room was clean, spacious and exactly as it had been advertised. Hotel in excellent location.

Room was exceptionally clean, the women who served us in the morning was very friendly and extremely helpful - this was a real find!!

Great stay

2nd time i have stayed at the Keep. Emaculate as always and staff couldn't be more helpful. Recommend highly. Better value than a Premier Inn.

Great location, good size room and very clean with everything you need. Very helpful! I didn’t get the email they’d sent with the access code, super easy to get hold of and the lady sorted it for me. Highly recommend, will be back whenever I’m in Yeovil.

Returning guest to this property. Booked the excellent suite just for the bath alone! everything you need in a room, even just for one night or for a whole week. Would 100% recommend

Clean room and easy self check in access .

Everything was excellent. The room was large, really clean and nicely decorated, as was the bathroom. Directions really clear. The breakfast was superb. All the food was fresh, with choice of cereal, fresh fruit, pastries, bread, pancakes, crumpets and hot breakfast cooked to order. Entrance and eating areas also beautifully presented (and decorated for Halloween in our case). Staff were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend The Keep and would book again any time we return to Yeovil.

Brilliant hotel

The keep is situated on the edge of Yeovil town centre. It has a fairly compact car park through an arch which is enough for around 7 cars. Other than breakfast time there are no staff on site but they are readily available via phone or intercom. I am happy to say this was one of the better hotels i have stayed in and as i work on the road that is certainly a statement in itself. The room was lovingly presented, spacious and clean as a whistle. There was a large comfy bed, sofa and walk in shower room. Also in the room there was a fridge, microwave and tea/coffee making facilities. The breakfast was excellent; partially cooked to order and the rest available on self service. There is a surprisingly large selection if you dont want a typical english cooked. Lorraine, the manager/owner was an excellent host. I would definitely stay here again.

Quaint feel and modern interiors. Limited parking on site, but plenty of parking nearby. Conveniently located near shops and restaurants. Friendly staff.

Amazing stay at The Keep this week. Lovely room, super comfortable bed and really friendly staff

Good sized room with comfy bed, large tv. Fridge & microwave. Very clean, but noisy as it overlooked a road. Good sized bathroom. Problem with on site parking which is limited. Management reserved a space for me, but another guest took it & i had to park in a pay & display car park nearby, so not great for guests with mobility issues. Did not have breakfast, but the dinkng area looked very nice. Would not stay again due to noise & limted on site parking.

Wonderful place to stay. Check in nice and smooth with codes and key safes etc.

Great stay, weird not having reception staff but we got sorted straight away in the room using the key code entry system. Room was large and the wet room was excellent. I’m in a wheelchair so the facilities were well suited for me.
