This hotel is an original building in Cranbrook from the 1920s…very cool, very stylish. Excellent rate and a great bar/resto downstairs. Highly recommend this place over the more expensive highway hotels any day.

Great location but room was very small

We checked in late so didn’t have a chance to ask for wifi password. Check-in out were easy. Excellent room.

You are situated downtown and there are many restaurants, coffee shops, banks, stores with a Safeway and The Key City theatre all a short walking distance away. Great central location to stay in Cranbrook.

The room was clean and comfortable, utensiles and appliances available with art deco touches. No elevator but even to the third floor was not a huge effort. Convenient off the main road location. Great price & value.

Nice historic building in a great location. Easy check-in/out but it was difficult to reach front desk for assistance when needed.

There are no elevators and the stairs are quite steep to the second floor. There was no staff in the lobby after 6 PM, although it said till seven. There is no iron or ironing board in the room and when I called the customer service number no one ever got back to me. It was a lovely room, clean and very aesthetically pleasing. On the way out, the desk clerk at the lobby, acknowledged the issues. He said it would be looked into. I would go back, but you cannot go with anyone that has mobility issues as they would never be able to manage the stairs.

Great downtown location, the rooms in this older hotel have been updated and are lovely, beautiful bathroom.
