Beautiful hotel and room. Definitely would stay here again. Beds were comfortable and the hotel staff is awesome. Location is great for downtown Calgary. Parking is the only issue, but the valet service was amazing.

One of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms were beautiful and just felt like being at home. The staff is friendly, decor is gorgeous and location is excellent. It's at the pricier end of hotels, but it's worth it. A quality hotel to be sure!

Lovely room just such poor service. I asked for a champagne bucket and ice at reception and a literal bag of ice came to the room a long time after the request. I especially had to go to reception for as no one answered the phone. I did inform the hotel this was a birthday celebration and nothing not even a happy birthday. All in all the service is so sub par unless you are an influencer. I was truly looking forward to this stay but I am so disappointed.

The worst service at a "star" hotel I've had in a long while. Horrible check in and rude staff members - almost unbelievable attitude. Won't be staying there again.

I loved the vip parking, awesome staff , on property amenities and the snacks and bar in the room!! Will definitely be back.

Nice comfortable rooms

Unfortunately, due to the Stampede, the noise level downtown was extremely loud. Don’t plan on any sleep before midnight. Obviously not the hotels fault but at $1700 per night one expects sleep or a discount for no sleep. The hotel needs to advise clients of the noise impact before booking or discount the rooms accordingly.

Horrible noise. Party tent just below. Staff just say too bad so sad it’s the city. They need to inform people when booking that it’s very very noisy. They even do maintenance at 11 pm. They charge a premium and have very very poor service.

Amazing staff and super friendly people in all aspects. Would be awesome if it had a pool however. :) The gym was great.
